As a business, we are currently progressing through an exciting period of growth and as part of our exciting expansion plans, we currently have an opportunity to hire a Stores Lead for our BBI Solutions division. The role will be based at our Global Headquarters in Crumlin.

BBI Solutions has served the global diagnostics industry for over 50 years, as a leading developer and manufacturer of raw materials and finished test platforms for the in-vitro diagnostics market.

The Role

As a Stores Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse related activities that includes the line management and development of our Supply Chain Coordinators.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Line Management and development of the warehouse Supply Chain Co-ordinators
  • Monitor stock levels and expiries of all raw materials and FG stock 
  • Reduce inventory whilst ensuring maximum stock availability 
  • Maintain and monitor Supply Chain KPIs, taking appropriate action where required 
  • Record and investigate any raw materials failing to meet specification
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities within the warehouse
  • Monitor department training records and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Ensure Material availability to production in accordance to plan  


As a Stores Lead, you will have previous experience in managing stores and have a good understanding of Sage systems. We are also looking for the successful person to have previous line management experience and an understanding of continuous improvement.

We are looking for the successful person to also have previous experience in inventory management and a CILT qualification is preferred.
